Premium Tool Producer „ROTHENBERGER“

increases production

The market leader of innovative and technologically sophisticated pipe tools and machines, ROTHENBERGER AG (headquartered in Kelkheim, near Frankfurt) could signify increase its production after moving to its new production plant.

Prior to the project realization IPF Germany GmbH accomplished a structural analysis and valuation report. The different single-segments of the manufacturing sites of ROTHENBERGER AG should be consolidated to one final assembly at the headquarters in Kelkheim.

The idea was to set up new trend setting premises for product development, technology department and customer training centre at the headquarters in Kelkheim in an existing building area apart from the entire final assembly process according today’s modern planning realizations.

The entire layout planning for the manufacturing process in the existing part of the building (approximately 3.500m˛) was accomplished by IPF Germany GmbH according to the individual criteria of the product and manufacturing processes and with consideration of an optimal flow of material.

The production line was installed during a very short implementation phase from middle of August to end of December 2006 under the direction of IPF Germany GmbH.

After start of production of the new plant at the beginning of 2007, ROTHENBERGER AG could increase the production of goods produced and shipped in and from the new central headquarter significantly.

That’s one more reason for IPF Germany GmbH to introduce itself as a reliable partner in this segment of engineering.

We are pleased to realize this project with ROTHENBERGER AG and we wish furthermore success with the new production plant.
